Nordic architecture with social value

Nordic architecture with social value ...
Our approach stems from the Nordic architectural tradition: function, quality, and spaciousness as fundamental parameters. But we add something more - a deep understanding of how architecture affects people's behavior, well-being, and performance.
Whether it's offices, housing, healthcare, culture, or business.
Skills that create value in every building
We create architecture where the human aspect at its core. It goes beyond specialized environments, it defines the value-based architecture of the future.
Human-centered design is not a specialty - it’s a foundation!

The completion of Sønder Omme Prison
16.01.2026
In collaboration with Danish Prisons, Viborg Ingeniørerne, BARA-Land, Cowi/Rambøll, the historic 1933 Sønder Omme Prison has been expanded with a closed facility to accomodate 200 inmates, now forming Denmark’s largest prison in terms of total capacity.
‘When we designed Denmark's newest closed prison in Sønder Omme with 200 places, it was not just about security and logistics. It was about creating a framework for resocialization, where the architecture actively supports rehabilitation.’

Maribo Halfway House
When we transform the historic Maribo Arresthus from 1865 into a modern halfway house, where former inmates – both men and women – are reintegrated into society, we create spaces that promote normality through the choice of materials, daylight, and spatial planning.

Approach
Our architectural philosophy is built on a powerful foundation: our studio's unique blend of competencies deeply rooted in the Nordic architectural tradition. Our core design parameters of functionality, quality, and spatial excellence are seamlessly integrated with a sustainability conscious approach.
But what are we actually doing?
We design architecture that shapes behavior. And that competence is universal.
